Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms, Lane's Bail Bonding LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for its intended purpose: managing bail bond cases, applications, check-ins, court dates, and related workflow activities for which you are authorized.

This license is personal to you or your organization. It does not grant any ownership right in the Service or its underlying technology.

3. Restrictions on Use

You may not, and may not permit any third party to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, mirror, frame, translate, modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Service or any part of it, including its source code, design, layout, or user interface.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or architecture of the Service.
• Sell, resell, lease, rent, sublicense, distribute, license, or commercially exploit the Service to third parties without prior written authorization.
• Use the Service, or any content or data obtained from it, to build, train, improve, or operate a competing product, service, or artificial intelligence model.
• Use automated means (including bots, scrapers, crawlers, or spiders) to access, monitor, mine, or copy data from the Service without express written permission.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, proprietary rights, or other legal notices displayed on or within the Service.
• Circumvent any access controls, security measures, authentication requirements, or usage limits imposed by the Service.
• Access or use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose, or in any manner that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Unauthorized use of the Service may result in immediate termination of your access, civil liability, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

4. Intellectual Property

All right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including but not limited to its software, code, databases, designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, text, images, interfaces, documentation, and all derivative works, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Lane's Bail Bonding LLC and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

The “Lane's Bail Bonding LLC” name, logo, and any other product or service names referenced on the Service are trademarks or registered trademarks of Lane's Bail Bonding LLC. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.

5. User Data and Confidentiality

You are responsible for any data you submit, upload, or generate through the Service. You must comply with all applicable laws, including laws governing bail bond records, consumer protection, data privacy, and electronic signatures. You agree not to disclose account credentials or permit unauthorized access to the Service.

6. Termination and Suspension

Lane's Bail Bonding LLC may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or any conduct that Lane's Bail Bonding LLC determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, all licenses granted hereunder immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BONDLINK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

Lane's Bail Bonding LLC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any data or results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable. The Service is a business tool and does not constitute legal advice. You should consult qualified legal counsel for any legal questions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BONDLINK, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lane's Bail Bonding LLC and its owners, officers, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

Lane's Bail Bonding LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
